Wickedly Wooden is hand carved and hand crafted jewelry. It all started one day when Scott was supposed to be outside raking leaves. As he was standing there and the wind was knocking more and more leaves down he stopped with a sigh and looked up. As one of the leaves floated down he reached out and caught it. He stood there admiring its beauty. The shape of it, the detail, just how very complex one little leaf really was. He set down his rake and went to the garage and cut out a wooden leaf. As he looked at it everything was all wrong it was flat and sharp and harsh. So he began to shape it and round the edges and sand it thinner. As he kept chipping and shaping the leaf began to come to life. The beauty and workability of the wood just made him want to carve more and more.

Just this year Nicole was inquiring how all of the jewelry was created so Scott began teaching her. Now They both create jewelry and work as co owners of WickedlyWooden.Lots of our designs are inspired by nature and reflect that. We use lots of local Maine wood and exotic woods. Our skills continue to grow as we come up with new ideas for our carvings. We have been selling online and taking our carvings to local craft shows.
